certified welding inspector (cwi)
As a Certified Welding Inspector through the American Welding Society (AWS), Steven demonstrates the knowledge and skill required to perform inspections and verify compliance in a variety of applications. His expertise ensures compliance with various industry codes and standards, safeguarding both the integrity of the structure and the safety of those who depend on it.
Steven is also a Level II VT through the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT).

STEVEN PETERS
Born and raised in Southeast Missouri, Steven Peters learned everything he knows about welding through on-the-job training with many knowledgeable and experienced welders. He proved his own skill and expertise by completing lengthy examinations and rigorous hands-on testing to become a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and a Level II VT through the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT).
Steven established his own business, Steven Peters Welding, LLC, in November 2021. He and his wife Joanna currently reside in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
